As WorkPacks President and Chief Information Officer, Rayan is Responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap as well as organizing and growing the teams, processes and tools around the software development process.

Rayan leads and works closely with the WorkPacks cross-functional teams of software developers, product managers, after sales and support staff as well as professional services. While keeping the main focus on software and product development efforts, he leads the organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and “founder’s” mind set with a goal to reach a market dominant position in AWP.

Rayan brings over 24 years of experience providing software solutions and digital transformation services for the EPC industry while he worked for CCC, one of the leading international EPC contractors worldwide who has been a recognized proven leader in construction technology.

Rayan worked closely with CCC senior management to invent, develop and trailblaze construction software, successfully deployed on key mega projects exceeding 20 billion Dollars in total cumulative value.

Rayan is a strong visionary leader and a “let’s roll up our sleeves” problem solver with a deep understanding of EPC software requirements. He is very passionate towards helping end-users realize true business value.

Rayan currently lives in Athens, Greece and is a graduate from University of Balamand with a masters degree in software engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Image processing.
